Shipping policy

1. Order Processing:
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
Upon shipment, customers will receive an electronic notification containing tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on order weight and destination.
We offer the following shipping options:

4. Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. 1
Use The Bitcoin is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. International Shipments:
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Customs procedures can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
6. Liability:
Use The Bitcoin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Damaged items must be reported within 3-5 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
7. Returns & Refund:
Since we do not maintain inventory, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and a video recording of the parcel being opened; without this footage, we will not be able to process a return or refund. Once we receive the necessary proof, we will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds except in cases of damage or defect. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
